Vicki Antal is a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.  She graduated with her master's degree in school counseling from Loyola University and obtained her license in 2015. As a school counselor, she has worked with both elementary and secondary students. Vicki has extensive experience working with issues surrounding anxiety, depression, and life changes. She enjoys working with youth, adults, and couples. Vicki's approach is relational, strengths-based, and collaborative. She believes therapy is a safe place to grow, learn and achieve shared goals using a multi-modality approach to meet each client's unique needs. These include mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and therapeutic interviewing.
